Planning Your Pickup Time
Canmore's condo and resort layout means the walk from your unit to the vehicle is often longer than in a hotel — we allow for that rather than idling at a gate.
As a general guide, most travellers work back from their flight: the usual airline advice is roughly two hours before a domestic departure and three before an international one, then add the drive (about 1 hr 15 min in normal conditions) and a buffer for winter roads or long-weekend traffic. Tell us your flight time when you book and we will confirm a pickup time that suits it.
From 1 November to 28 February we operate daylight hours only, so Canmore departures are scheduled no earlier than 7:30 AM in those months. From 1 March to 31 October there is no such restriction.
