YYC → Canmore, in plain English
Canmore sits just outside the Banff National Park gate, roughly 105 km west of Calgary International Airport (YYC). The drive is a straight run on the Trans-Canada Highway — no toll roads, no ferries, no complicated turns. Because Canmore is outside the park gate, you do not need a park pass simply to reach your accommodation.
In normal conditions the transfer takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Winter weather, rush-hour departures out of Calgary, or long-weekend traffic can add 15–30 minutes; we build that buffer in automatically and monitor your flight so you never wait for us and we never wait on the clock.
The flat rate is CA$425 for the vehicle, up to 5 passengers — not a per-seat fare. Payment is taken in-vehicle at the end of the ride by Square terminal, with no deposit at booking.

Pickup at YYC follows the same protocol as our Banff service: your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal, then walks you to a designated bus bay outside baggage claim. Drop-off is direct to your Canmore hotel entrance, condo lobby, or rental address.
Skis, snowboards, and Nordic gear travel with you. Guests with young children are welcome to bring their own car seat or booster and we will install it. From 1 November to 28 February we operate daylight hours only, so arrivals must land by 3:30 PM in those months.
