Terms of Service

These terms are maintained by Bow Valley Chauffeur and apply to all bookings made through this website, by phone, by email, or by WhatsApp. By requesting a transfer, you agree to the terms below.

Our Service

Bow Valley Chauffeur provides private, chauffeured ground transportation between Calgary International Airport (YYC) and Banff, Alberta, and related private transfers by prior arrangement. All bookings are private and exclusive to the reserving party.

Bookings and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed by us in writing (email or WhatsApp).
  • You are responsible for providing accurate travel information, including flight number, arrival time, and drop-off address.
  • Prices are quoted at the time of booking and confirmed in the reservation.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.
  • Specific cancellation terms, if any, will be included in your written booking confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a transfer in the event of weather, road, or safety conditions that prevent safe travel; where possible, an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Vehicles and Passengers

  • Transfers are provided in a private luxury SUV suitable for up to six passengers with standard luggage.
  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Child seats are available on request.
  • Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond ordinary use.

Delays and Force Majeure

We make every effort to arrive on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by flight schedule changes, road closures, severe weather, traffic, or other events outside of our reasonable control. In such cases we will do our best to keep you informed and to complete your transfer safely.

Luggage and Personal Items

Please advise us of any oversized items (skis, snowboards, golf clubs) at the time of booking so we can confirm capacity. Bow Valley Chauffeur is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle; we will make reasonable efforts to return any items you leave behind.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bow Valley Chauffeur's liability in relation to any transfer is limited to the amount paid for that transfer. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
