We track your flight number, so a delay simply moves your pickup. There is nothing to re-arrange from your end — land, clear customs, and your chauffeur will already know when to be there. Is the vehicle private?
Yes. Every transfer is exclusive to your party. There is no shared shuttle, no second pickup, and no waiting for a vehicle to fill. The flat CA$475 covers the vehicle for up to 5 passengers, not a per-seat fare.
What should I have ready to book?
Have your travel date, flight number, approved hotel, passenger count and luggage details ready. Our airport transfer booking checklist includes a message you can copy and the details for your return journey. No deposit is required; payment is collected as you enter the vehicle.
Can we bring skis and snowboards?
Usually, yes — ski and snowboard bags travel with you in the same vehicle. The Yukon XL has no roof box, so oversized bags may not fit alongside a full load of luggage. Tell us your equipment count when you book and we will confirm before your ride.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Guests travelling with young children are welcome to bring their own car seat or booster and we are happy to install it.
What about winter weather?
The Trans-Canada between Calgary and Banff is a well-maintained highway, but it is a mountain highway. We run winter tires and build extra time into winter drives. From November 1 to February 28 we operate in daylight hours only: YYC arrivals by 3:30 PM and hotel departures from 7:30 AM. Discuss flights close to the cutoff before booking; a flight delay does not override this safety window.

From 1 November to 28 February we operate in daylight hours only: airport pickups must land by 3:30 PM and valley departures start no earlier than 7:30 AM.
