Arriving: YYC to your Banff hotel

We track your inbound flight, so the pickup time follows the aircraft rather than the schedule you booked weeks earlier. After customs and baggage claim, your chauffeur contacts you and meets you, then walks you out to a numbered bus bay (1–36) directly outside the arrivals level. Luggage is loaded for you, including ski and snowboard bags.

From there it is a direct 1 hour 30 minute drive to Banff with no other passengers and no intermediate stops. We pull up at your hotel's own entrance and your bags come out at the door. The flat rate is CA$475 for the vehicle, up to 5 passengers.

Departing: your hotel to YYC

On departure day we meet you inside the lobby at the agreed time rather than idling outside — you are not standing in the cold watching for a vehicle. We load the bags, drive direct to Calgary International departures, and unload at your terminal door.

The pickup time is set around your flight when you book. Between 1 November and 28 February we run in daylight only, so Banff departures start no earlier than 7:30 AM in those months.

Which Banff accommodation do you serve?

All of it — the full-service hotels along Banff Avenue and Spray Avenue, the lodges and inns around the townsite, and condo or vacation rental addresses. Well-known properties such as the Fairmont Banff Springs, Banff Park Lodge, Mount Royal Hotel, Moose Hotel and Suites, and Elk + Avenue are simply orientation points for travellers unfamiliar with the town; we are an independent private chauffeur service and not an official transportation provider for, or in partnership with, any of them. Give us the address and we will be there.

A handful of properties have specific pickup arrangements on their grounds. If yours does, tell us at booking and we will follow their process.

What door-to-door actually includes

• One private vehicle for your party only — never shared
• Full luggage assistance at both ends, including ski and snowboard bags
• Bottled water, snacks, phone charging, and umbrellas on board
• Flight tracking on the arrival leg
• Payment in-vehicle by Square terminal at the end of the transfer, no deposit taken at booking
• Your own car seat or booster installed on request
