Leaving Banff for YYC

Where do you pick up?

Anywhere in Banff — hotel lobby, lodge entrance, condo, vacation rental, or a restaurant if you are out when it is time to go. Give us the address and we meet you there. We are an independent chauffeur service, not an official transportation provider for any hotel.

How long is the drive?

About 140 km and roughly 1 hour 30 minutes in normal conditions. Calgary rush hour, winter road conditions, or long-weekend traffic can add 15–30 minutes, which we build into the pickup time.

What time should we leave?

Treat this as general guidance rather than official policy: most travellers plan on roughly two hours at the airport before a domestic flight and three before an international one, then add the 1 hr 30 min drive and a winter buffer. Check your airline's own recommendation, tell us your flight time, and we will confirm a departure time we are comfortable with.

Luggage and ski equipment

Full luggage assistance from the lobby to the vehicle and again at YYC departures. Ski bags, snowboard bags, and golf clubs travel with you in the same vehicle — tell us the count at booking.

Winter weather and daylight hours

We run winter tires with a chauffeur who drives this highway year-round. From 1 November to 28 February we operate daylight hours only for guest safety, so Banff departures start no earlier than 7:30 AM. From 1 March to 31 October there is no such restriction.

Capacity and price

Up to 5 passengers with luggage in the GMC Yukon XL SLE, at a flat CA$475 for the vehicle — not a per-seat fare. Payment is taken in-vehicle at the end of the ride by Square terminal (tap, chip, Apple Pay, Google Pay); no deposit is required at booking.
