Why Canmore pickups are different

Canmore accommodation is mostly condo and resort style, spread across neighbourhoods rather than concentrated on one avenue. Buildings on Three Sisters Parkway, Silvertip, Bow Valley Trail, and downtown Main Street each have their own access quirks: underground parkades with height limits, unit entrances set back from the road, and steep approach roads that firm up with ice in winter.

That is exactly where shared services fall short — they run to a small set of central Canmore stops. We drive to your building and meet you where you actually walk out.

Arriving: YYC to your Canmore accommodation

We track your inbound flight. After customs and baggage claim your chauffeur meets you and walks you to a numbered bus bay (1–36) outside arrivals, loads the luggage, and drives direct — about 1 hour 15 minutes to Canmore, with no other passengers. Drop-off is at your resort entrance, condo lobby, or rental address. Flat CA$425 for the vehicle, up to 5 passengers.

Departing: Canmore to YYC

We arrive at your door at the agreed time and help with bags from the unit or lobby, then drive direct to Calgary International departures. Set the pickup time around your flight when you book — a general rule is your airline's recommended check-in window plus the 1 hr 15 min drive plus a winter buffer, and we will confirm what we would advise for your specific flight. From 1 November to 28 February we operate daylight hours only, so Canmore departures start no earlier than 7:30 AM.

Which Canmore properties do you serve?

Any address in town. Travellers often orient themselves by the larger properties — the Malcolm Hotel, Blackstone Mountain Lodge, Solara Resort, Grande Rockies, Basecamp, Canalta Lodge, Coast Canmore — and we serve all of those areas, but we are an independent private chauffeur service with no partnership, endorsement, or official-provider relationship with any hotel. Vacation rentals and residential addresses are equally fine.
