Winter Pickup Window

From 1 November to 28 February, we run airport transfers in daylight only — pickups between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM Mountain Time. Mountain highways in winter are safest in the light, and we won't compromise on that.

Australian itineraries often route through Vancouver or Los Angeles and land at YYC late in the day. If your arrival falls outside that window, message us anyway — we'll either arrange a next-morning transfer or point you to a safe alternative for that night.

Black full-size luxury SUV — the vehicle for your Banff transfer

Questions From Australia

The Things Aussie Guests Always Ask

Booking a car on the other side of the world is a leap of faith. Here's exactly how it works.

My flight lands late at night — can you still pick me up?

Most of the year, yes. From 1 November to 28 February we run airport transfers in daylight only, with pickups between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM Mountain Time, because mountain highways are safest in the light. Australian itineraries via Vancouver or Los Angeles often land at YYC in the evening, so if your arrival falls outside that window, message us anyway — we'll arrange a next-morning transfer or point you to a safe option for that first night.

What if my flight is delayed? Do I pay extra for waiting?

No. Send your flight number when you book and we track it from your connecting airport. If you land three hours late, we're still there and the fare is unchanged. Waiting time for delayed flights is included in the flat rate — there is no meter and no hourly charge.

Where exactly do we meet at Calgary Airport?

After you clear customs and collect your bags, walk out to the arrivals level and head for the bus bays (numbered 1 to 36). Your driver waits there with a name board. Send us a quick message once you're through customs and we'll tell you the exact bay number for that day — no hunting through a rideshare queue.

How much luggage can you take?

The GMC Yukon XL is a full-size SUV, so a group of four with large international suitcases plus carry-ons fits comfortably. Skis, snowboards and golf clubs are fine — just tell us what you're bringing when you book so we can plan the load. Your driver handles the lifting at both ends.

Is the price per person or for the whole vehicle?

The fare is for the whole vehicle, one way, up to 5 guests — not per person. That's CA$475 flat, roughly A$530 AUD. No deposit, no booking fee and no surge pricing. You pay by card on a Square terminal in the car at the end of the ride and receive a printed receipt.

What happens after I book?

We confirm your date, time, hotel and rate in writing, with nothing to pay upfront. The day before your transfer you'll get a short message with your driver's name and mobile number. On the day, we track your flight and meet you at the bus bays. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

Can you drop us in Canmore or collect us for the return flight?

Yes to both. We serve Banff and Canmore, and plenty of Australian guests book the return leg to YYC at the same time. For departures we'll suggest a pickup time based on your flight so you're at the airport with room to spare, without a pre-dawn start unless you want one.

Still unsure about something? Ask us on WhatsApp — we answer in Australian evening hours too.
