Our transfer takes you door-to-door from Calgary International Airport (YYC) directly to the Fairmont's front entrance, where the doorman will handle your luggage. You'll ride in a private 2023 GMC Yukon XL — space for up to 6 passengers and 5 large suitcases, with bottled water, Wi-Fi, phone chargers, and complimentary snacks.
How the transfer works
- Meet at arrivals — your chauffeur greets you at YYC with a name sign, in the arrivals area outside customs.
- Direct to the Fairmont — 1 hour 35 minutes via the Trans-Canada Highway. No shared stops.
- Front entrance drop-off — right at the porte-cochère. The Fairmont bell staff take over from there.
- Flight tracked — we monitor your flight in real time. Delays and early arrivals are covered.
Return transfer to YYC
Book the return before you arrive and we'll pick you up from the Fairmont lobby at your scheduled time — plenty of buffer for the drive back to catch your flight. Most Fairmont guests book both directions at once.
